Morari is running a research pilot with Anglo Educational Services (AES) to understand whether showing people the real environmental and social issues in London helps them act. Our lawful basis is your consent (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(a)).
Your email address (to sign in), a nickname you choose, the date you consented, and the actions, steps and firsts you mark as done.
Other students see only your nickname and points, and only if you stay on the scoreboard. AES sees grouped totals and an anonymised export using a random participant code, never your name, email or nickname. Breakdowns covering fewer than 5 students are hidden.
Only for the length of the pilot. When the pilot ends, all personal data (accounts, nicknames, actions, photos and calendar plans) is permanently deleted. Only the anonymised, grouped results, which cannot identify anyone, are kept for AES's report. You can delete your own data earlier at any time.
Photos you upload are private unless you choose to share them with your cohort or by link. AES staff review photos before they count towards points and see only your nickname. Please don't photograph other people's faces.
Data is held by our hosting provider under UK GDPR safeguards. We never sell your data or use it for advertising.
You can download your data, change your nickname, leave the scoreboard, or delete your account at any time from Profile. Deleting your account removes your records permanently. You also have the right to access, correct, restrict or object to how we use your data. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Data is encrypted in transit and stored securely. Each student can only access their own records.
